What are some of the possible side effects while on the HCG Diet Plan?
Possible side effects while on the HCG Diet Plan are mild headaches experienced by some people due to them cleansing out their old eating habits i.e. Caffeine, Chocolate, Sugars, etc. However, these reports are very rare and most clients do not experience them at all. Another possible side effect reported to us is craving for foods you shouldn’t eat while on the diet plan. This is especially common with people who normally eat a lot of sugar in their daily diets. The good news is that it will normally only last for a few days and the first week is the hardest to get through. The HCG Diet Plan gets a lot easier over time and you will start to feel great! I experienced this personally and many have stated the exact same thing. Just stick with the diet plan because the end result is truly feeling like a new you!
What research has told us, is that when you are craving sugar, what your body is really asking for is fruit. This is how we are programmed, to eat mainly vegetables, fruit and some meat for your best health. If you give your body the fruit it is asking for, this will stop the sugar cravings and you will begin to create that new you. The good news here again, is that 2 pieces of fruit are permitted daily while on the diet. So make sure not to skip your fruit intake.
Also in regards to the hunger cravings some may have, I can’t emphasize enough the need to drink your water. I know most of us don’t normally drink 8 glasses of water a day, but it is not optional and is a must while on the HCG Diet Plan. When you drink either black coffee or unsweetened tea, you can also count these towards the eight glass requirement. Here is a tip for you, try using Stevia in your water. They now offer lemon and orange flavors and they make drinking your water less boring.
While surfing the Internet, you may come across some other side effects mentioned about HCG dieting. Keep in mind that these apply to persons using HCG for pregnancy and not weight loss. The pregnancy HCG injections are different from the Homeopathic HCG Drops that you will be using on the HCG Diet Plan. There are no serious side effects reported anywhere from using the Homeopathic HCG drops. In my opinion, it is the safest way to lose weight out on the market today!
Will I still feel hungry while on the HCG Diet Plan?
HCG itself mobilizes your stored fat, and your body is constantly fed by the fat that is being broken down. You will feel you body adjusting and resetting itself to your new food intake. A lot of people state a very satisfied feeling while using HCG even though they are only consuming 500 calories.
