Return Policy

TRIMHCG.com has a 15 day return policy for merchandise that is unopened. Unopened merchandise is defined as any product that has not been opened and still has the tamper resistant seal still in tact. TRIMHCG.com accepts returns that are post marked within 15 days of the actual ship date. Any returns that are requested after the 15 day limit are subject to approval.

A proper return requires the merchandise to be mailed back to the return address found on the original shipping label, along with an email to support@trimhcg.com notifying TRIMHCG.com of a return request. Return shipping is a cost that is not incurred by TRIMHCG.com and is the sole responsibility of the customer. Upon a successful return to TRIMHCG.com, the customer will then be issued a refund, less the initial shipping cost.
